■ Sustainability Highlights

 

  • Supply Chain Beach Clean-up: Partnered with 42 suppliers and GIGABYTEʼs Eco-Volunteer Club to clear 2.818 metric tons of waste with 235 participants.
  • Promoted the purchase of bottled water with rPET or recycled plastic content to raise awareness of sustainable consumption among employees.
  • Led employees to visit eco-friendly Hakka farms, demonstrating how traditional farming wisdom integrates with modern sustainability—advancing both SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) for rural resilience and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
  • Organized a cleanup at Changhua Hanbao Wetland, removing 438 kg of marine waste. Additionally, volunteers joined the local Mazu Pilgrimage, collecting trash along the route to support the local environment.
  • Collected nearly 900 secondhand bags from employees for matching organizations, reducing single-use plastics and averting approximately 5.4 kg CO2e in emissions.
  • GIGABYTEʼs blood donation drives were recognized with the “Outstanding Blood Donation Unit” award by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW).
