In response to the global digitization trend, GIGABYTE is continuing to reach out to international talent as part of our global market expansion. Enhancing the cultural diversity of our workplace promotes greater innovation as well. To help employees from different cultural backgrounds assimilate quickly with the GIGABYTE family, we have organized various activities and support measures that foster an inclusive workplace. For example, in 2025, GIGABYTE arranged three social gatherings for international colleagues at the Nanping Factory, allowing employees to experience the festive and communal atmosphere while working far from home, while also strengthening bonds among colleagues. Furthermore, for our Indigenous colleagues, we legally guarantee their entitlement to “Indigenous Ritual Leave” and actively encourage them to return to their tribes to participate in traditional celebrations, thereby preserving cultural heritage.
